Dear Joe and Melissa, I want to thank you in advance for the beautiful piece of art that you have created together. I have been eagerly following the process and just as you suggested in your process, I take the computer image in my minds eye and fill our clear window with the it. It is breathtaking in the imagined form. I can't wait to see it in its perfection! God bless you both, Carolyn LeTourneau

This stain glass window will be an additional welcome to our renovated church. I know that there is much anticipation for its placement above the main altar.

Mark:

Our resident artwork-packing and shipping expert was out sick on Friday but Monday should see the window get packed and be on its way to San Diego. I am waiting to photograph the packing process to include those details in the last posting, along with other important details. I'm hoping someone at the Church can take excellent photos for us.
Thanks for keeping up with the postings and especially for allowing us to make this window for Saint Annes.

We at St. Anne's are so excited to see your work reaching completion, and we eagerly anticipate the installation of this beautiful and moving piece of art in our church. Thank you to all who brought this piece into being... it is such a stunning representation of the Mystery of the Trinity. May you and your families be blessed by the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Thanks for the kind words. I have spent a lot of time on this one window but there are many other things going on in the studio simultaneous with this project. One reason why I began this blog is to create a forum wherein the subject of "what church stained glass should look like in the 21st Century" can be discussed. In the past few years, we have entered a period of post modernism where the majority of new church architecture I see is decidedly traditional in style. Now, what should our windows look like? More to come for sure.

Joe, you may be hard to please with you designs but I am not. This is a fantastic window that, I am sure, you are very proud of. The good Lord has blessed you with a talent that most of us oould envy. And your Dad is one proud parent.
